  • We currently ship across India.

  • At this time, international shipping is not available.

⏳ Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

📦 Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–7 business days
    Delivery timelines may vary due to location, weather conditions, or courier delays.

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or special offers.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped.

💰 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected pin codes.

  • Additional COD charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.

  • PinkPop reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders or locations.

📍 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.

  • You can track your order using the link provided.

⚠️ Delivery Issues

  • If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, re-shipping charges may apply.

  • PinkPop is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

📦 Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share your order ID and clear images/video to help us resolve the issue quickly.

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping only.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
