Refund policy

At PinkPop, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🛍️ Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with all tags intact.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items bought during sale / clearance

  • Innerwear, accessories, or items marked as non-returnable

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed once per order, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, you may choose a store credit or refund (as per eligibility).

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after quality inspection of the returned product.

  • Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, PinkPop will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For all other returns, shipping charges are non-refundable and borne by the customer.

📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at info@pinkpop.in within 7 days of delivery

  2. Share your order ID, reason for return, and clear images/video (if damaged or incorrect)

  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Do not return products without prior approval.

  • PinkPop reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions.

  • Policy may be updated without prior notice.
