At PinkPop, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
🛍️ Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with all tags intact.

Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items bought during sale / clearance

Innerwear, accessories, or items marked as non-returnable

Products damaged due to customer misuse
🔄 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed once per order, subject to stock availability.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, you may choose a store credit or refund (as per eligibility).
💸 Refunds

Refunds are processed after quality inspection of the returned product.

Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
🚚 Return Shipping

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, PinkPop will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other returns, shipping charges are non-refundable and borne by the customer.
📦 How to Request a Return

Email us at info@pinkpop.in within 7 days of delivery

Share your order ID, reason for return, and clear images/video (if damaged or incorrect)
